Kathmandu Valley orders ship same-day if placed before 2pm and arrive in 1–2 business days. Outside-valley orders take 3–5 business days via Aramex / Pathao.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Free returns within 30 days, no questions asked. Items must be unworn with tags. Drop off at any Ottr branch or use the prepaid return label included with every order.

Once we receive your return, refunds process within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.

Free size exchange within 30 days. Use the size chart on every product page — measure flat and compare to the chart. When in doubt, size up for tees and hoodies, size down for jeans.

Most apparel runs S–XL. We're expanding to XXL through Q2. Drop us a line at hello@ottr.com if you need a specific size.

We accept eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Stripe (international cards), and cash-on-delivery inside Kathmandu Valley.

Yes, inside Kathmandu Valley for orders under NPR 25,000. A small COD handling fee of NPR 100 applies.
