Ottr Apparel & Footwear ("Ottr", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information you share with us when you shop online, walk into our stores, or contact our support team.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone, optional date of birth when you create an account.
• Order data — items purchased, shipping and billing addresses, payment method (we never store full card numbers — those are tokenized by Stripe, eSewa, or Khalti).
• Usage data — pages visited, products viewed, device and browser information, IP address. Used to make the storefront faster and detect fraud.

2. How we use it

• Fulfill orders and ship purchases.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipment tracking, returns).
• Marketing only if you opt in — unsubscribe in one click from any email.
• Comply with Nepali tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with the third parties strictly required to run the service: payment processors (Stripe, eSewa, Khalti), shipping carriers (Aramex, Pathao, DHL), and our email provider. We never sell your data.

4. Your rights
