By placing an order on this site you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & payment

All prices include NPR 13% VAT. We accept eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, international cards via Stripe, and cash-on-delivery (Kathmandu Valley, under NPR 25,000). Orders are confirmed only after payment is captured.

2. Shipping

Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days. Outside Valley: 3–5 business days. International: 5–8 business days via DHL Express. Risk passes to you on delivery; report damaged or missing packages within 48 hours.

3. Returns & exchanges

Free returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn with tags. Use the prepaid return label or drop off at any Ottr branch. Refunds clear within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method. Final-sale items are non-returnable.

4. Warranty

Manufacturing defects covered for 6 months from purchase. Wear-and-tear is not a defect. Email support@ottr.com with photos and your order number to start a claim.

5. Intellectual property

All product photography, copy, and the Ottr name and logo are property of Ottr Apparel & Footwear. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Ottr's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are resolved through Kathmandu District Court.
